1.Payment
A deposit of 30%  (card payment) will be requested in order to confirm your booking & secure the slot. The remaining balance must be paid on photoshoot day.
Deposits are non-refundable , as they are used to secure your session time and date. We do not book any other sessions during your secured time.
If the customer fails to make the required deposit, prices are subject to change at the discretion of RozaliPhotography and the Photography Session date and time will not be secured.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the session on the day and the time listed when the booking was made.

2.Cancellation and Refund policy

Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation 72 hours before the chosen activity date : 100% refund. In the case of cancellation for any reason less than 72  hours before the session or no- show, the payment is forfeited to RozaliPhotography (non-refundable). To make a cancellation an official email is required at info@rozaliphotography.com ( no phone calls or messages).

For big groups ( 3 or more persons ) the cancellation must be made more than 7 days prior to the session date to get a refund. In case of cancellation of fewer than 7 days or no-show, the payment is non-refundable.

Delay policy
In case of delay, only 15 minutes from the meeting time written on your confirmation are tolerated, if the delay exceed 15 minutes, it will be automatically deducted from the photoshoot duration. If the delay exceeded 20 minutes from the time of the photoshoot, the booking will be considered as a no show , no refund is possible .
At the meeting point , the participant will have time to change clothes to wear the photoshoot clothes .However we highly recommend the participants to do their make up and hair at their hotel/residence before reaching the meeting point as there is no time for it on site.

Photoshoot policy
All photos are archived 30 days from the date of the photoshoot. It is the customer responsibility to download their photos once the link of all photos taken during the photoshoot is sent. After this time, and if the customer do not show up within the 30 days of delay, RozaliPhotography has the right to destroy all the data for management purpose.

Cellular devices
The use of cell phones to take photographs of the Client, which are not intended for behind – the – scenes images, is not allowed, as this causes disruption  between the photographer and the client. RozaliPhotography reserves the right to stop the session if this condition is not followed.

Damage and non-respect Flying Dress
RozaliPhotography will guide the customer on how to handle the dress. In the event of significant damage to the dress due to carelessness by the Customer, the Customer agrees to pay a sum of 100€ to repair said damage.

3.Weather Qualities
Technical Issues , bad weather and unforeseen circumstances.
In the case of camera failure, inclement weather , or any other unforeseen incident that prevents us from shooting on the scheduled date you will be edible to reebok for photo shoot or in certain situations at our discretion receive a refund of 100% , however rebooking the shooting is considered the preferred method.
Due to the physical terrain of the session locations , the customer agrees that RozaliPhotography ,employees or other representatives shall not be liable  for material and / or immaterial damage during a session.

4.Copyrights, rights of use, self-promotion
You agree that he or she has the authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all individuals to be photographed during the Photography Session. You agree and assign RozaliPhotography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to alter, use and publish all images taken during the photography session for advertising, display, publication, and all other marketing . We retain the exclusive copyright protection for all images taken during the photography session. You may not, without the express written permission of RozaliPhotography, use the images taken during the photography session for professional display, profit, or other commercial endeavours. All images displayed on our websites are subject to the protections of this paragraph. For all purchased images, the Photographer grants the Client permission to share the purchased images with family, friends, and on social networking websites so long as the images remain unaltered and textual credit as provided by the Photographer.
